Open a folder in windows os using run.
Saturday, May 26, 2007
Here is a way to open a folder in windows os using run.

  1. Create a shortcut to your desired folder which you would like to open using the run.

  2. Rename the created shortcut to something easy to rememeber
(like I have created a shortcut to my fav mp3s and renamed it to mp3s)

  3. Now Cut and Paste the newly renamed shortcut to windows folder(usally c:\windows)

  4. Go to Run and type the name of the shortcut which you have placed in windows folder(In my case I will have to type mp3s)

  5. Bang! there you can see your desired folder open.
